施設や部署を紹介しましょう

今回は、社内の部署の説明や案内をする際の英会話をご紹介したいと思います。

Elly ＜以下E＞: Hi Kim-san! Welcome to our office!
　　　　　　　 My name is Elly and I’m from General Affairs Department.
　　　　　　　（キムさん、こんにちは！私たちの事務所へようこそ！
　　　　　　　　私は総務部のエリーと申します。）
Kim（以下K）:　Hi Elly-san, nice to meet you!
　　　　　　　（エリーさん、こんにちは。はじめまして。）
E: I’m going to provide you some new employee information and documents, then I’ll give you a quick tour of our office..
　（では、これから入社に関する書類を渡した後、簡単に事務所の案内をしますね。）
K: Thank you, that’ll be great.
　（わかりました、ありがとうございます。）
E: First, I need you to fill out this form. Please don’t forget to sign at the bottom.
　（まず、この書類に記載していただく必要があります。下部に署名するのを忘れないでくださいね。）
K: Sure.
　（わかりました。）
E: All information regarding corporate policy and guideline, payroll, and welfare program is included in this packet. If you have any question, you can ask me anytime. My extension is 0095.
　（会社の方針や社内のガイドライン、給与、福利厚生などについては、この中の資料に含まれています。もし何か質問があれば、いつでも聞いてくださいね。私の内線番号は0095です。）
K: Okay, thanks! I’ll read them carefully then.
　（ありがとうございます。よく、読んでおきます。）
E: Now, let me show you around this floor and I will take you to your department later. Your Overseas Sales Department is located on the third floor.
　（今から、この階を少し案内して、その後キムさんの部署までご一緒しますね。海外営業部は3階なんです。)
K: Alright.
　（わかりました。）
E: On this second floor, there are two other departments, that are HR (Human Resources) and Public Relations, as well as reception and meeting rooms. And here are bathrooms and kitchenette.
　（この2階には、他に人事と広報の2つの部署があって、受付と会議室もあります。そして、ここが御手洗と給湯室です。）
K: I see. Is there any cafeteria here?
　（なるほど。あと、食堂はありますか？）
E: Yes, it’s on the fourth floor, right next to the Purchasing Department.
　（えぇ、4階の購買部の隣にあります。）
K: Okay.
　（わかりました。）
E: Now, let’s go to the third floor. Here is Information System Department. Also, there are Business Planning Department and Accounting Department on the other side of this floor. And, this is your department.
　（では、3階に移動しましょう。ここが、情報システム部です。この階の反対側には事業企画部と経理部があります。そして、ここがキムさんの部署ですよ。)
K: Oh, thank you so much!
　（どうも、ありがとうございました！）
E: No problem. Let me know if you need any help. I’m more than happy to provide any information related to our company.
